Short Description
Under a new vision and leadership, the SCFHS moved into a customer focused service strategy that required an overhaul to the main reception & customer services areas, VIP lounges and entries, and a private female working area. Starting with the HQ office in Riyadh – DQ, the new design should be centered around customer services, functionality, ease of customer flow, and should reflect the new spirit of SCFHS.
The challenge was to have a design that satisfies all the requirements with minimum changes and destruction of existing spaces, and floor and wall finishes.
