With a lively and green inner court, the Art Oasis is a unique complex that brings art, culture, and luxury hospitality together as an unconventional hybrid on Takhassusi Steet in Riyadh. Conceptually designed by Nabil Gholam Architects, the project was shortlisted for World

The unique geographic location inspired a commercial park with more than the ordnary theme design. The design
recalls the typical peaked roofs of harbor-side warehouses.The buildings draw from an architecture vocabulary with
regard to the choice of materials and details too. The automatic closing systems shield the front of the building at
nighttime, while they act as protective roofs during the day.

Qourtobah Strip Mall provides a case study in creating an authentic and contemporary shopping center that speaks to
today’s culture. We have seen great success using a contemporary approach to updating inline centers based on simple
forms, attention to signage, and an emphasis on interesting materials.

On one of the most prime locations in Jeddah comes this fresh complex as the first Box Park
in Saudi Arabia. Aimed to create new dining and café experiences, the Box Park atmosphere
is simple, clean, and joyful. With its highly visible location on the North-West corner of King’s
Rd. intersection with Hira St., the complex will have smart interactive LED screens that project
inward to the visitors and outward to the street.

The building design draws on threTwo influences; nature, and paying respect to the surrounding residential neighbourhood. By using natural reflecting materials, the building is softened to complement and amplify the surrounding

MULTAQA AL-TARBIYAH SCHOOL
Located in the holiest city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the boys-only school will be a new educational facility with a vision of high quality education and community engagement. Designed in a
relatively small piece of land, the program had to include 3 school levels (elementary, intermediate,
and high), an auditorium, 3 sport fields, a swimming pool, and underground parking.
