With a lively and green inner court, the Art Oasis is a unique complex that brings art, culture, and luxury hospitality together as an unconventional hybrid on Takhassusi Steet in Riyadh. Conceptually designed by Nabil Gholam Architects, the project was shortlisted for World Building of the year 2016 in the Commercial Mixed-Use - Future Projects category at World Architecture Festival.
A contemporary interpretation of the vernacular architecture form found in Riyadh/Najd Region (inner court concept), the project offers a unique blend of functions that are put in a visually powerful form that is respectful to the Saudi culture and the surrounding residential neighborhoods.
